Our workouts will get your heart rate up, strengthen your body, improve your mood and sense of wellbeing
You’ll need minimal kit (some dumbbells or improvise with filled water bottles, a long resistance band or improvise with a thick pair of tights, an exercise mat or blanket for any floorwork)
Time efficient online workouts – bite sized 20 – 30 minute workouts that give you ‘more bang for your buck’
Who is this course for?
This course is perfect if you …….
(a) are time poor,
(b) can’t get childcare,
(c) miss your regular classes which are closed over Christmas,
(d) want to avoid cabin fever and/or minimise the effect of any Christmas extras.

What’s included?
- A variety of 12 different workouts
- Live workouts Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8am (days 1 to 3 in week 1, days 6 to 8 in week 2, and days 11 and 12 in week 3), with pre-records for Saturday and Sunday available from 6.30am (days 4, 5, 9 and 10)
- All workouts uploaded into the Facebook group for access 24/7 – a flexible programme so you workout at a time that suits you best
- Motivational/informational posts – fun Xmas focus
