Welcome to our Anode Fitness Community   

Thank you for joining our Anode Fitness Community for regular face to face exercise PLUS health and wellbeing tips and nutrition that can be accessed from the comfort of your own home, 24/7.  

You are able to access online workouts even when I’m taking a holiday.

Classes 

I run a timetable of face to face classes – Fitness Fusion, Strength & Flex and Fitness Pilates throughout the year.

As and when I am on holiday (maximum of 6 weeks in any 12 months) I will upload online workouts for you to access here via your Membership dashboard.

Exercise with Anode Fitness is achievable for all ages and all fitness levels. It’s fun and easy to follow, with options for both low or high impact, and adaptations/alternatives provided to ensure everyone enjoys the workout at their own level. 

Health and Wellbeing

You are a holistic being and as such both your mental and physical health are important. 

Periodically I’ll add a Health and Wellbeing article for you to read and digest. Feel free to message me if there’s any particular topic or area you would like to focus on.  

Information, education and motivation all help us to strive to be the best version of ourselves. If we can understand the ‘why’ (and sometimes the science behind something) this is often all the encouragement we need to make small tweaks/changes to our lifestyle habits. And small changes can lead to BIG health differences. 

Nutrition

I offer healthy nutrition guidance including our Fresh Start Clean Eating plan plus monthly recipe packs. 

Our monthly recipe packs can be downloaded and accessed on your handheld device or PC/laptop. Each has a ‘barcode’ which can be scanned directly into the My Fitness Pal app making it easier to both log your food and drink intake and to identify where you may wish to alter your daily/weekly diet. 

Support 

19 years of experience in supporting my members to achieve their health and fitness goals tells me that it is essential to find your ‘why’. 

Goals without a definitive ‘why’ often end up as simply ‘wishful thinking’.  

I offer a one off FREE 30 minutes Zoom call to help you with your goal setting. Message me to book yours.
